Native Atlantan, Malcolm Minsk graduated Boys High School and then attended Emory University School of Business Administration. During the Korean war, Malcolm served in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.

 

Malcolm currently works as a certified Public Accountant, as a senior member Birnbrey, Minsk, Minsk, & Perling , LLC.  He was also a co founder of Camp Judaea in Hendersonville, NC, and the past Presidents of the Congregation Shearith Israel, GHA and presidential appointee to the Board of the Atlanta Jewish Federation. He is a life trustee of Greenfield Hebrew Academy, and Current Life Trustee of Atlanta Jewish Academy.

 

Malcolm is married to Betty Gerson Minsk and they have 3 children, all graduates of the Hebrew Academy of Atlanta and Yeshiva High School of Atlanta. They also have 10 grandchildren, 4 of whom are living in Ra’nanah Israel.
