Rivka (Netzel) Monheit is a graduate of Yeshiva High School of Atlanta (1992).   She received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech (1997) and a JD from the University of Georgia School of Law (2000). Rivka is a partner at Pabst Patent Group LLP, a patent law firm she co-founded 13 years ago.

During 2002-2004, Rivka and Sharon Feingold (YHS 1995) created and ran the Yeshiva Atlanta Alumni organization, which included developing a website, alumni database, alumni scholarship fund, and organizing alumni events, such as the 2003 YA Alumni weekend.

Rivka is an active member of the Intellectual Property Law sections of the Georgia Bar and the American Bar Association (ABA), and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the IP Law section of the Georgia Bar and as the Chair of the Patent Legislation Committee of the IP Law Section of the ABA.  She also serves on the Advisory Board of Georgia PATENTS, a pro bono patent organization.  Rivka volunteers as a mentor in the Women Chemists Committee of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS), and enjoys creating programs for the Atlanta Chapter of the Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance (JOFA).

Rivka's other interests include participating in the Women's Torah and Teffillah group at YITH, learning, running, hiking, and playing viola. She lives in the Toco Hills community with her husband and children.  They are members of Young Israel of Toco Hills (YITH).
